Registration is open to all persons interested in Early Childhood Learning and Development.

All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete a Registration Form.  Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form.  Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Conference Managers here

To be entitled to the advertised registration fee you must have registered and paid by the official closing date for ‘Early Bird’ or ‘Standard’ registration fee. Exhibitors should refer to the Exhibition Manual for their registration details and entitlements.

Student

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognized tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card. Students must be studying full time to quality for the discounted rate. A senior is defined as a person of 60 years and over who is not working full time. The student registrants are entitled to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Delegate satchel
  • All official documentation
  • Catering: Morning and afternoon teas, lunches
  • Networking Session on Friday, 31 March 2017
  • Conference Sundowner on Saturday, 1 April 2017
Friday Day Registration

The Friday day registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Delegate satchel
  • All official documentation
  • Catering: Morning and afternoon teas, lunches (on nominated day)
  • Networking Session on Friday, 31 March 2017
Saturday Day Registration

The Saturday day registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Delegate satchel
  • All official documentation
  • Catering: Morning and afternoon teas, lunches
  • Conference Sundowner on Saturday, 1 April 2017

Registration Terms and Conditions

Credit Card Payments Online

Online registrations are preferred. Please visit our secure website here to register and book your accommodation in ‘real time’. Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.

Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All transactions on your credit card will appear as payment to ‘ECLD 17 by Arinex’.

Other Payment Options

If you are unable to pay by credit card please contact the Conference Organisers on ecld17@arinex.com.au. Service charges may apply for other payment methods.

Entrance to Conference

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour of attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Acknowledgements

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees:

  • Cancellations before 13 December 2016 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations on or before 14 December 2016 to 16 February 2017 will incur 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations on or after 17 February 2017 will receive no refund.

Social Function Fees:

  • Payments are non-refundable as at 2 March 2017.


Accommodation

A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation.

  • Deposit is non-refundable at 23 February 2017.
Private Touring and Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airlines or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangement have to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Disclaimer

The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation nor the Conference Organisers will accept liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Organisers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or photographs taken at any stage during the Conference promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
